Rates & Bookings
Booking conditions
- Arcadia Lodge is not suitable for children under 15.
- Two night minimum stay from 1st November to 31st March and at Labour Weekends and Easter holidays.
- Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, after 7:00 pm by arrangement please. Check-out between 10:00 am & 11:00 am.
- The Lodge is a smoke free environment
- To confirm a reservation we ask for a credit card deposit of 25%, we'll settle the balance of your account upon checkout. Payment at checkout can be made by cash, credit card or Eftpos. For payments by Amex a 2% surcharge applies.
Cancellations and no-shows
- Cancellations within 14 days of booking will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking.
Cancellations within 7 days of booking will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking.
No Show regardless of reason will be charged at 100% of the total booking.
Group bookings of three rooms or more incur 100% if cancelled with-in 30 days prior to check-in.
If we can re-fill the rooms, you will only be charged for any losses incurred.

We accept no liability for any infringement of this law by guests while at Arcadia Lodge and reserve the right to recoup from the offending party the costs of any fines.
