Check-in & Check-out

Check in is generally from 2.30 to 7pm, Please contact us and let us know if you need a later check-in.

Early check-In’s might be possible but relies on guests checking out and room servicing, please just contact us.

Check out is about 10.30 am, If you require an early check out due to travel or flights please let us know so we can sort your account & breakfast.

The Fullers car ferry runs from 6am to 10pm and costs about $14 each way,

Passenger ferry from Paihia to Russell is hourly from about 7pm to 9.30 or later depending on the season.

Should you require a pick-up from the Russell wharf please let us know.

We have two entrances. To get to our Carpark / Main Entrance come to 21 Brind Rd.

There is a map box on the bottom gate with a simple map how to find us.

Upon arrival push the door-bell and we will come settle you in.

Breakfast is served generally from 8am and concludes at 9.30am . Please let us know if you have significant dietary restrictions. If you require early breakfast please discuss this with us on the day prior. Breakfast for Arcadia Cottage guests is optional at $25 per person please let us know the day prior.

Children over 12 are welcome.

We do offer some flexibility to this when staying in Arcadia cottage over winter and the lodge is closed for the season, please talk to us about this.

Arcadia Lodge & Cottage is smoke free environment, guests are welcome to smoke in the carpark.

Very sorry due to some guests having allergies you won’t be able to have your pets with you. We have a very old boxer called Sophie who is calm, very friendly, and not allowed in the lodge or cottage. If you don’t like dog’s please let us know and we will manage her interactions with you.

Laundry. Very sorry we do not have a guest laundry as we do not have town supply water, but we have options very close to us.

We are happy to give you a drying rack we can discretely set up for you. We have an iron and Ironing board in the kitchen and cottage.
